This is my Auckland skyline. I was learning to combine drawing, painting, coloring and etching to produce a unique mixed media image of the Auckland skyline. First I had to find an image of the Auckland skyline on the internet then copy and draw it on a piece of paper. Then I had to cut around the drawing and then stick the drawing on another piece of paper. Then I used a craft knife to cut around the windows in the drawing and then colored the buildings black with pastel. After that I colored in the top and bottom side of the paper with different colored pastels and then covered the pastel with blue paint. Once dried I folded the buildings over onto the bottom side of the paper got a toothpick and then etched the buildings.After that I covered the windows with yellow paper
